We do not sell, use, rent, loan, or otherwise disclose your personal information.
Any information you give to the Society for the Preservation of the Great American Songbook and/or affiliated sites will be held with care, and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to.

Resale or disclosure of information to third parties:
The folks at the Society for the Preservation of the Great American Songbook and affiliated sites do not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease any personal information collected at the sites, including membership forms or email lists.
Security:
The Society for the Preservation of the Great American Songbook and affiliated sites use the utmost precautions in handling private data. Personal data is treated in a secure manner, and (if retained) is stored in secure servers.
Browser information collected on the website:
The Society for the Preservation of the Great American Songbook analyzes logs from the servers here to constantly improve the service of our site, and for security reasons. Our website logs do not contain personal information such as name, address, etc, but do contain information such as IP address and time of day. Except in the case of cooperation with law-enforcement and other authorities, we make no attempt to link them with the individuals that actually browse the site.
E-mail lists:
The Society for the Preservation of the Great American Songbook and its affiliated sites may maintain e-mail lists to inform users of the site(s) about important news, and for entertainment purposes. Individuals must affirmatively ask to join our mailing lists by contacting the auto-subscriber(s) via e-mail FROM THE ADDRESS AT WHICH THEY WISH TO RECEIVE E-MAIL.
We do not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease the addresses on our lists to anyone. In addition, we configure our list server software to refuse to divulge the e-mail addresses of our list subscribers to anyone but authorized the Society for the Preservation of the Great American Songbook staff, including other list subscribers.
Members of any list can unsubscribe automatically, by following the instructions he/she received when subscribing to the list. Additionally, membership in any list can be revoked at any time, at the discretion of JimPrice.Com staff.
Privacy of e-mail:
The Society for the Preservation of the Great American Songbook operates e-mail servers for the purpose of receiving mail for our affiliate sites, as well as for receiving and re-distributing personal mail for several of our users. Sending e-mail to The Society for the Preservation of Great American Songbook or affiliated sites is strictly voluntary on the part of the sender. The sender should recognize that any e-mail sent TO the Society for the Preservation of the Great American Songbook may be treated as a testimonial, or otherwise released to outside parties. In addition, because conventional wisdom indicates that no form of electronic communication is perfectly secure, the user is reminded of the adage: “If you wouldn’t write it in a letter, sign it, and post it in the town square, don’t write it in electronic form.”
